Press Releases
Get your message out to members of the trade and consumer media by writing and issuing press releases frequently and consistently! It is also important to have press releases available for distribution in our Media Center during Vegas Kids, either inside your company’s press kit or displayed in the press release area. We encourage you to reach out to the media who cover Vegas Kids with a well written and concise press release.

Take advantage of the opportunity to reach members of the media who have registered for and will be in attendance at Vegas Kids and Las Vegas Market. Press Kits
Press kits are an excellent way to promote your presence at Vegas Kids and our Media Center has an area for tenants and exhibitors to display their press kits. Nearly 200 different media outlets will be represented at Las Vegas Market, including trade publications, consumer magazines, newspapers, television stations, broadcast outlets, cable television programs and Internet media. Your press kits must arrive no later than July 28, 2011 for the Summer 2011 Las Vegas Market, taking place August 1-5, 2011.
All press kits will be displayed in alphabetical order by company name. We recommended the company name and showroom number is clearly visible on the front of the press kit folder. A quantity of 15-20 is recommended for smaller companies, and 25-30 for larger manufacturers.
Companies are asked to enclose a packing slip with their press kit shipment listing the number of press kits sent, a contact person, and instructions for returning any leftover kits after Vegas Kids. A FedEx or UPS account number must be supplied for all remaining kits to be returned.
Media Center
The Las Vegas Market Media Center is a private area open only to credentialed members of the working media. This fully operational Media Center is equipped with computers, copiers, fax machines, telephones, press kits, shipping resources, photography services and more for all registered media covering Las Vegas Market.
The Media Center is often the first place journalists visit when looking for exhibitor and new product information. By providing the Media Center with press kits and recent press releases, you will increase the opportunity for exposure in the trade and consumer media.
